Our TEAM
Matt Longo
Matt was born in Newark, Delaware and graduated from St. Marks High School. He went on to graduate from the University of Delaware with a B.S. in Civil Engineering and received his Juris Doctorate from Widener University’s Delaware Law School. At Widener, he received the prestigious Certificate of Achievement in Secured Transactions and Evidence. In 2005, Matt formed Longo & Associates, LLP, a real estate law firm specializing in residential and commercial transactions in Delaware. The firm also provides corporate document preparation, representation for civil arbitration, and the facilitation of corporate mergers and acquisitions. Matt also serves as General Counsel for Hillcrest Associates, Inc. in Landenberg, PA and is responsible for all legal matters within the company, along with the management of residential and land development projects. Matt also handles land use issues including variance applications. Matt is a member of the Delaware State Bar Association and the Delaware Association of Professional Engineers. He is admitted to practice in the Federal Court for the District of Delaware as well as the Supreme Court for the State of Delaware. Matt enjoys spending time fishing with his sons, coaching his daughter’s lacrosse, boating and reading.
Kim Longo
Kim was born in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania and graduated from Temple University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania with her Bachelor degree in Speech Pathology and her Master’s degree in Education. In 2004, she received her Juris Doctorate from the Delaware Law School. During her time there, she received the Certificate of Achievement in Legal Writing Methods and was honored with the Lindsay Law Library Award. Kim brings an in-depth understanding of law and real estate with ten years of experience as General Counsel for Hillcrest Associates in Landenberg, Pennsylvania, a Land Development, Architecture and Engineering firm. In this position, she experienced all aspects of real estate development including house design, renovations, land surveys and residential sales. Kim is a member of the Pennsylvania and New Jersey bar and is admitted to practice law in the United States District Court and Supreme Court of Pennsylvania. Kim is also a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and an Associate Member of the Delaware State Bar Association. Kim enjoys entertaining family and friends, spending time at the beach, boating, reading and of course, she stays busy with her three children, Nathan, Sophia and Henry.
Lisa Keil Cartwright
Lisa brings a wealth of experience in real estate law. She has conducted residential and commercial real estate transactions for over 25 years. Lisa is a lifelong Delawarean and a graduate of Tower Hill School and the University of Delaware. She is also the daughter of former U.S. Attorney General, Ralph Keil. Lisa loves Eagles football, watching her sons play baseball and spending time at the beach.
Jen Lane Covey
Jen is a resident of Newark, Delaware who started her real estate career in 1999. Her understanding and love of real estate has propelled her 19 years in the profession. She is experienced in facilitating bank owned, relocation, and first time home buyer closings. Jennifer enjoys working with and guiding clients, realtors and lenders through complicated transactions. In her off time, you are most likely to find her at the baseball field or gym supporting her children’s sporting events and spending time with her active family.
Amanda Chapman
Amanda was born in Bear, Delaware and still calls Delaware home. She is a graduate of Hodgson Vocational Technical High School and received her Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education from Wilmington University. Amanda loves spending time with family and friends, doing crafts, decorating her house and of course, spending time with her little fur babies, Coco and Winston.
Alayna Cooke
Alayna has worked as a Real Estate Paralegal for the past twenty years. Prior to that she also worked as an assistant at several real estate companies, therefore she has extensive knowledge of the real estate transaction and has a long track record of client satisfaction with buyers, sellers and realtors alike. Alayna lives in Pennsylvania but is originally from the Pike Creek area and is a graduate of St. Mark’s High School and Goldey-Beacom College. In her free time, she enjoys going to the beach, attending her son’s sporting events and attending live music events, as her husband and son are both musicians in local bands.
Alexandria Lombardo
Alexandria was born and raised in Wilmington, Delaware. She attended Delcastle Technical High School and continued her education at Delaware Technical Community College. In her free time, she enjoys a wide variety of outdoor activities, and spending time with her family and friends, especially her young niece and nephew. With a bubbly and energetic personality, she makes client relations her top priority and is a wonderful welcoming face for the office!
Morgan Evans
Morgan was born and raised in Wilmington, Delaware. She attended Saint Mark’s Highschool and continued her education at Wilmington University. Morgan loves cheering on all Philly teams, spending time with her friends and family, going to the beach and shopping.
Cindy O’Brien
Cindy has worked as a real estate paralegal for the past thirty years. Her knowledge, experience and dedication to customer service has always been her greatest asset. Cindy’s prior experience included managing her husband’s law practice, as well as paralegal duties relating to personal injury, wills and estates, real estate, and criminal matters, until his retirement in 2005. She enjoys cooking and entertaining, traveling, and enjoying time with family and friends.
Stevani Weaver
Stevani is a Delaware native, a graduate of Cab Calloway School of the Arts and The University of Delaware, where she earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice with a minor in Sociology and Dance. In her free time, Stevani enjoys going to the beach and spending time with family and friends.
Mary Kelly
Mary is a Delaware native, a graduate of Padua Academy High School and Widener University, where she earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology. She has eight years of experience in the financial industry with MBNA with a background in loss prevention, credit, consumer finance and marketing. In the spring of 2009, she decided to put this experience to work in the real estate industry, which she has become quite passionate about. Mary has a unique ability to work with people. She is willing to put in the time, effort and energy into each individual transaction, hence rendering positive results for all involved parties. She has a proven track record of delivering results and consistently exceeding customers’ expectations.
